This system will allow us to connect a Digital Voice over IP Phone System to an IP based intercom system.  The IP intercom system has a two-way communication interface, with call buttons located throughout the facility.  A typical intercom system consists of IP Application Server, Enhanced Network Station, SIP Compliant Quad Audio Port, Talkback Gateway, Intercom Amplifier, End Point Speakers and/or Horn Speakers.  The end point speakers are mounted in the classrooms, hallways, or offices for bells and announcements.  The horn speakers are generally used near playgrounds or at the front of the school for bells and intercom announcements.
